On Gunflint Lake with 6 lakeside cabins, 19 campsites and camping cabins six modern private lakeside cabins. Lodge with store, marina, sauna, boat, motor, and canoe rental. Camping cabins are great for a quick overnight before or after a canoe trip. They also make a great bunkhouse for a fishing trip with the guys. Families with young children have been finding them an economical way to vacation.

If camping out does not appeal to you but you would still like to enjoy a peaceful northwoods vacation, we also have two housekeeping cabins on Hungry Jack Lake. Our cabins are right on the shore of the lake, and are just one mile by water from the edge of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. Each cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and gas heat (cabin #2 has a gas wood stove), as well as all linens and towels, a toaster and coffeemaker, and the use of one canoe or boat.

The new log Hungry Jack Lodge was built in 2009, is considered by most to be the most up-to-date and impressive lakefront family resort lodge on the Gunflint Trail in northern Minnesota.

Boasting a 2 story cathedral ceiling on its' upper level with views down the length of Hungry Jack Lake the log lodge with its' two story stone fireplace, has the rustic feelings of a true north woods lodge and yet has the most up to date features and amenities available for vacationing family resort guests.

The 2 story upper level of our lakeside log Lodge is comprised of our Fireside Dining Room, outside dining porch, a sitting and reading area, gift shop our business office and kitchen. Upon entering the upper level of Hungry Jack Lodge your eyes will not know what to focus on first. Big game heads, antiques and relics reflecting the history of the region will all fight to draw your attention away from the magnificent view of Honeymoon Bluff at the east end of Hungry Jack Lake.
